Best bacon I've ever had. And a generous portion, 5 big pieces! The cook must have a very special bacon supplier. Plus the way it's cooked it ends up curly with just enough crunch. Need I say more? (Excellent friendly service. Not strong trucker coffee, but it was tasty. Terrific, fluffy scrambled eggs.) Highly recommend. We were on a long road trip from WA to AZ and it really hit the spot. Malad is a really cute little town.

Down home cooking! So much to eat. Delicious! I had chicken fried chicken that you could cut with a fork, mashed spuds, corn, a miniature loaf of homemade bread, and an ice cream cone and I think I only spent 13 bucks. It was like going to Grandma's house!

The interior is a bit dated, but a good attempt to make it presentable. Good prices with plenty of cafe choices for any taste. Pastrami Sandwich and fries tasted of cooking oils. Bathrooms need help. This was the only decent place in the area. So, for that fact it was refreshing to find an okay place to eat.

Great little cafe. I had the halibut and it was cooked to perfection. A trip to heir salad bar completes the meal. Staff always efficient and friendly.

This place is amazing!! Staff were quick and very friendly, and the food quality was superb! This was my first time coming here and I will definitely make the trip back in the future!
